CHANGE OF MEDIUM SURCHARGE: There is a $3.00 special-order charge added when you are requesting that it be made in a vinegar, water, or stabilized oxygen water base, unless we already have it in stock. There is no surcharge applied when going from a fusion water to a stabilized-oxygen fusion water, other than the normal $2.00 price difference. It will take up to ten days to fulfill special orders. If you would like to expedite this process, there is an optional $4.00 rush fee, in which case the total change of medium and rush fee surcharge will be $7.00.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will only be charged on lotions and sprays, not on fusion waters. No sales tax is charged on anything shipped out of state or if a copy of a PA sale tax license is provided when products are purchased for resale.
VOLUME DISCOUNT: When purchasing 12 or more items, a 25% discount will be given for each item and/or package prior to adding the shipping charges below. This discount cannot be combined with another promotional discount, though the highest available discount will be given at the time of purchase. If a larger discount special is running at the time of your order, the higher discount will be applied to items that qualify. Note that a package is counted as one item. If we are out of a single item or package, it could be beneficial to choose another item to meet the 12 minimum required, as most people tend to need almost all products at one time or another.
VOLUME DISCOUNT – SAME ITEM: When buying seven or more of the same item, you will receive a 40% off discount on those particular items. Please refer to the last column for volume discount rates.
DISTRIBUTOR DISCOUNT: Distributors must apply for this privilege and have the intention to resell the majority of the products purchased. If interested in becoming a distributor or carrying products on consignment, please ask for the separate distributor or consignment agreement.
RUSH FEES: There is a $5 rush fee should you want your products packaged and shipped ASAP. There is an additional optional $4 fee that can be added for the prioritization of making special order products or products when we are out of them due to times of high-volume sales.
MAIL ORDER CHARGES:
There will be a $7.00 handling charge on all orders under $120 retail value. This charge is waived for orders of $120 or more. Orders will be shipped 2-Day Priority Mail. Once payment is authorized, it can take 3-7 days to process an order prior to it being shipped.

RETURNS: The claim must be made within 20 days of receipt of the item. You will receive 100% cheerful money-back guarantee, excluding your original shipping and handling charges which are not refundable.
